Terms of Use
This is the agreement between you and the provider of Standing. It is also the End User Licence Agreement for the app. In short: Standing is a public league table that runs in monthly seasons, it is for adults, and you raise your place with points you buy in the App Store or receive for watching optional videos. Purchases buy points; they are not donations. Points have no monetary value and bring no prize or payout, and we may remove points obtained by cheating or refunded.

01Who we are
Standing is provided by Nazar Ashyrov, a sole trader registered in Poland, trading as ANApps (“we”, “us”). “ANApps” is a trading name, not a separate legal entity. Our postal address, phone number, NIP and REGON are available on request at anapps.team@gmail.com.
Contact: anapps.team@gmail.com. We communicate in English, Arabic and Polish. Questions, complaints and claims about the app should be sent to these contacts. The email address is also our single point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act.
02The service
Standing is a mobile app with a public league table. Each calendar month is a season with its own table; there is also an all-time table. The app is free to download and use. It offers optional in-app purchases (point packs and an auto-renewing Membership) and optional rewarded videos. The League Rules describe how the competition, points, seasons, tiers, nicknames and Instagram links work, and form part of these terms. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
03Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the app you confirm that you are. One person may have one account.
04Your account
When you first open the app, a guest account is created on your device so that you can look around the tables. To join the league, you must sign in with Sign in with Apple. Your account is then linked to your Apple Account, and signing in with the same Apple Account opens it on any iPhone.
Points, balance and items you buy belong to your Standing account, not to your Apple Account, and Apple does not restore them. To get them back on another iPhone or after reinstalling the app, sign in with the same Apple Account. You can delete your account at any time in You → Delete account. Deletion is permanent, and points, balance and items are deleted with it.
05Points and rank
Points, rank score, balance, places, season results, tiers, marks, nicknames and every other item in the app exist only inside the app. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged, redeemed, cashed out or withdrawn. No place, season result or tier brings a prize, payment or other material benefit. Nothing in the app depends on chance.
Every point you receive is added to two separate amounts: your rank score, which sets your place in the tables, and your balance, which you can spend in the app on a nickname, profile marks, mark slots and an Instagram link. Spending balance never lowers your rank score or your place.
Points are recorded by our server, which is the only source of truth for scores and places. Your rank score grows only when points are added and falls only when points are reversed: if they were obtained in breach of the League Rules, if the underlying advertisement views are found to be invalid, or if Apple refunds the purchase that added them (section 06).
Season places start again each month. Your all-time score, your balance and everything you have bought stay. The results of a closed season may be recalculated after a refund or a reversal of points, as described in the League Rules.
06Purchases and Membership
Purchases are made through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Apple takes payment and handles billing, cancellations and refunds under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; we never see your payment details. Prices are shown in the app as the App Store provides them.
A purchase buys points. It is not a donation, a tip or a payment to another player, and it does not buy a particular place: other players can add points too.
Point packs. Before you buy, the app shows the exact number of points the pack adds to your rank score and to your balance in your App Store country. Those points are added once our server has confirmed the purchase with Apple. The same pack can add a different number of points in different App Store countries, because rank score follows the amount we receive from Apple for the purchase in each country. Every point of rank score stands for the same amount received, whether it comes from a pack, Membership or a rewarded video; for a video, that amount is the average advertising value in your region, fixed before you watch.
Membership. Membership is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The price for each period is shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Membership renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the current price of Membership. If the price changes, Apple tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your agreement before the next renewal. You can manage or cancel Membership in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions); cancelling stops the next renewal and does not end the current period. There is no free trial.
While Membership is active, a MEMBER label is shown beside your nickname. The points for each paid period are divided into daily shares, one for each day of the period, which you collect on the Hall. On days you collect, your share adds extra points to your balance, as shown in the store. A share you do not collect is added automatically after the number of days shown in the store, without the extra balance. Shares you have paid for are never lost: they are added even if you turn off renewal or Membership ends, and a yearly Membership keeps adding shares until the end of the paid year. If you switch from monthly to yearly, the change takes effect at once, Apple refunds the unused part of the monthly period, and the remaining monthly shares are not added.
Restoring purchases. Restore Purchases in the app restores an active Membership. Points and balance are kept on your Standing account, not by Apple (section 04).
Refunds. Refunds of App Store purchases are decided by Apple under its terms; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. When Apple refunds a purchase, we reverse the points it added: from your rank score, from your balance and from the season they counted for. If your balance is not enough to cover the reversal, the items you bought with balance are withdrawn, most recent first, until the balance is no longer negative; a withdrawn nickname returns to your league name. A season result that the refunded points were needed for may be removed. Several refunds in a short time may lead to your account being hidden from other players while we review it (section 09).
When you ask Apple for a refund, Apple may ask us about the purchase. We then tell Apple only whether it was delivered, how much had been delivered or used, whether a free sample was provided, and whether we would prefer Apple to grant or decline the refund. Apple alone decides. We do not send Apple your account identifier or any other information about you.
Cancellations, withdrawal and refunds of App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its terms. When Apple cancels or refunds a purchase, we reverse its points as described above. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
07Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The app, its name and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where the law expressly allows it.
Items you get with balance (a nickname, marks, mark slots and an Instagram link) are part of this licence: a right to use them in the app, not property. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Standing is not affiliated with Meta.
08Acceptable use
You agree to follow the League Rules, in particular the fair-play rules: no automation, emulators or modified apps, no multiple accounts, no location spoofing, no interference with the app or our servers, no abuse of refunds, and no buying, selling or transferring accounts.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Offensive, hateful or misleading nicknames or links are removed, and the accounts of users who abuse others may be closed. Your nickname and Instagram username must follow the nickname policy in the League Rules. Do not impersonate other people, brands, public bodies, Apple or us. Link only an Instagram account you own. You may not sell, transfer or hold nicknames or Instagram usernames for others.
09Moderation and restrictions
Other players can see your nickname, country code, points, place, tier, marks, MEMBER label and, if you add one, your Instagram link. The only text you can enter yourself is a nickname and an Instagram username.
Before a nickname or Instagram username is published, it is checked automatically against blocklists and by a third-party AI service. We also review published nicknames and links ourselves. Players can report and block each other from a player’s panel. We detect breaches of the fair-play rules using automated signals (for example, impossible viewing patterns, refunds or device integrity checks) followed by human review.
Possible measures are: refusing a nickname or link; replacing a nickname with your league name or hiding a link, until a review or for good; hiding an account from other players’ tables during a review; removing points; excluding an account from the tables; and closing an account. Points spent on a nickname or link that is removed for breaking the rules are not returned. If it is removed through no fault of yours, for example after a trademark claim or a change to the rules, the points are returned in full.
Every measure comes with a statement of reasons in the app, under You → Notices: what we decided, for how long, the facts and the rule it is based on, whether automated means were used, and how to challenge it. Where the decision is ours, you may ask for a review by a person from the notice, free of charge; a refund is decided by Apple, and a place hidden because the device cannot be verified returns once it is verified. You can always write to anapps.team@gmail.com. We handle notices of illegal content, reports about nicknames and links, and requests for review without undue delay, normally within 24 hours; reports of cheating are examined in our regular reviews. You also keep the right to go to court or, where one is available to you, to an out-of-court dispute settlement body.
Anyone, with or without the app, may notify us of content they consider illegal using the contact details on the Support page. The player who is reported is not told who reported them.
10Changes to the service
Point values, daily limits, prices in balance and similar parameters are set on our server. We may add, change or remove features to keep the competition fair between regions, to prevent abuse, to comply with the law or with Apple or advertising network requirements, to fix errors, or to develop the service.
We change how many points a purchase adds, or what items cost in balance, only because of changes in App Store prices or taxes, changes in currency exchange rates, changes in the law, or to prevent abuse; the points for a video also follow the advertising value in your region (section 06). We announce an increase in a price in balance in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. A change never reduces the balance you already hold, points you have already received fairly, items you have already bought, or shares of a Membership you have already paid for, and the end date of a season that has started is never brought forward.
If we materially reduce what Membership gives, we tell you in the app in advance; you may cancel within 30 days of the change, and we will support your request to Apple for a refund of the unused paid part.
If a change significantly and negatively affects your use of the service, we tell you in advance in the app, and you may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
11Our responsibility
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. The service may be unavailable from time to time, for example during maintenance or because of events outside our control. We do not promise that advertisements will always be available. If points you paid for are not added, write to us with the request number shown in the app, and we will add them or help you ask Apple for a refund.
We are liable for damage caused by our breach of these terms within the limits of the applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited towards consumers, including liability for intentional damage, for death or personal injury, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
12Complaints
If something is wrong with the service, write to anapps.team@gmail.com and describe the problem. We reply within 14 days. If we do not reply within that time, the complaint is treated as accepted to the extent the law provides.
13Ending the agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account and removing the app. Deleting the account does not cancel Membership: cancel it in your Apple Account settings. We may end the agreement by closing your account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with a statement of reasons as described in section 09. We may also discontinue the service with at least 30 days’ notice in the app. From the day we give notice of closure, point packs and Membership are no longer sold, and we use the means Apple provides to stop further renewals. For paid Membership time that remains unused when the service closes, we request or support a pro-rata refund through Apple’s refund process.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. You can do this by any clear statement, for example an email to anapps.team@gmail.com, or by deleting your account, which you can do at any time. As the service itself is free, withdrawing costs you nothing.
14Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If you are a consumer in Poland, you may also use the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the out-of-court dispute resolution bodies listed by UOKiK.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the choice of Polish law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the Kingdom.

16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for the reasons listed in section 10 or when the law changes. We announce material changes in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.
These terms are published in English, Arabic and Polish. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, except for consumers habitually resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for whom the Arabic version prevails, and consumers habitually resident in Poland, for whom the Polish version prevails.
