League Rules

Effective 1 October 2026 · Version 1.0 · العربية · Polski

These rules explain how the competition works. They are part of the Terms of Use. The short version: each calendar month is a season, points come from purchases or from rewarded videos you choose to watch, more points means a higher place, and when the month closes your place stays in your history. There are no prizes and no payouts.

01What the league is

Standing is a public league table. Every account that has joined holds a place, and the table orders them by points. You can view the world table, the table of your country and a table of the players you follow, each for the current season; the world table and the table of players you follow can also be viewed for all time. Taking part is free and open to adults aged 18 or over. You can look around the tables before joining; to join the league, you sign in with Sign in with Apple.

02How points are added

Points are added in two ways: by buying them in the app (point packs and Membership) or by choosing to watch a rewarded video to the end.

Rank score follows money: every point of rank score stands for the same amount we receive, whether from a pack, Membership or a rewarded video. For a purchase, it is the amount we receive from Apple in your App Store country; for a video, it is the average advertising value in your region, fixed before you watch. The exact number of points is always shown before you buy or watch.

Every point added goes to two amounts at once. Your rank score sets your place. Your balance pays for a nickname, profile marks, mark slots and an Instagram link. Spending balance never lowers your rank score or your place. Membership shares collected on the Hall add extra points to your balance only, never to your rank score.

03Ad views

  • Watching is always your choice. The app never starts a video by itself.
  • The exact number of points you will receive is shown before the video starts.
  • Points are added after the advertising network confirms to our server that the video was completed. If you close the video early, no points are added and nothing else changes.
  • Tapping or interacting with an advertisement earns nothing. Please do not tap adverts to support the app or for any reason other than real interest.
  • The number of points for a video reflects the average value of advertising in your region and may change over time. It does not depend on whether you allow tracking or personalised advertising.

There is a limit on how many rewarded videos count per day, and a short pause between videos. The current limit and the time it resets are shown in the app. The day resets at 00:00 UTC. The limit applies per account and per device.

04Purchases and refunds

Point packs and Membership are sold by Apple through In-App Purchase. A purchase buys points; it is not a donation and does not buy a particular place. How packs, Membership, restoring and refunds work is set out in the Terms of Use, section 06.

  • Points for a purchase are added only after our server confirms the transaction with Apple, and only to the account that made it.
  • Membership adds points only for periods that have actually been paid. There is no free trial, and Family Sharing is not available.
  • When Apple refunds a purchase, the points it added are reversed from your rank score, your balance and the season they counted for. If the balance is not enough, items bought with balance are withdrawn, most recent first.
  • Several refunds in a short time may lead to your account being hidden from other players while we review it. Your points are kept during the review.

05Ranking and ties

Accounts are ranked by points, highest first: season points in a season table, all-time score in the all-time table. If two accounts have the same points, the account that reached that score earlier is placed higher. A player who joins starts with zero points below everyone who joined before. Players with zero points who have not opened the app for 30 days stop taking up a place in other players’ tables until they return.

The arrow beside your place shows how it has moved since 00:00 UTC. The table is calculated by our server and may take a short time to update.

06Seasons

Each calendar month is a season. A season starts and ends at 00:00 UTC on the first day of a month, and the next season starts at the same moment. The first season after launch ends at the first month boundary at least 14 days after launch. The end date of a season that has started is never brought forward; in an emergency it may be extended by whole days, and the app says so.

  • Points count for the season in which our server records them. In the last minutes of a season, a video may count for the next one, and the app says so.
  • When a new season starts, the season table starts again from zero. Every point you have received stays in your all-time score and your balance, and your tier, everything you have bought, the players you follow and your past results stay too.
  • At the start of a season, everyone who has joined stands at zero in the order they finished the previous season. Your first points of the season put you above everyone who has not started yet.
  • When a season closes, its results are preliminary for a few days, as shown in the app, so that reviews and refunds can be completed. Then they become final and are kept in your season history.
  • A season result is kept only if you had season points and your account was not hidden for review when the results became final.
  • If points are reversed after results are final, your season points are reduced. If the result can no longer be held, it is removed and the place stays empty; no other player’s place changes.

07Tiers and marks

Your all-time score places you in one of five tiers: Graphite, Ink, Print, Seal and Engraving. The points needed for each tier are shown in the app. A tier never drops with time, seasons or inactivity; only a reversal of points can lower it. A threshold you have already reached is never raised.

Marks are small signs shown in your player panel and on your public card. Your tier sets how many mark slots you can use: one on Graphite, up to five on Engraving. The first slot is free; further slots open for balance and stay open. There are two kinds of marks:

  • earned marks, given only for a final season result in the world table: first place, the top ten, or the top 1%, 5% or 20% of players with season points. They cannot be bought;
  • collection marks, bought with balance. They are decoration and never stand for a result.

If a reversal lowers your tier, extra slots are switched off, not deleted. If a season result is removed, its earned mark is removed too.

08No prizes, no payouts

Key point

Points, balance, places, season results, tiers and marks have no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, gifted, exchanged, redeemed, cashed out or withdrawn. No place on any table brings a prize, payment, product or any other material benefit.

Nothing in Standing depends on chance. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, the league.

09Fair play

The table only means something if everyone plays by the same rules. The following are prohibited:

  • automating video views, or using scripts, bots, emulators or modified versions of the app;
  • operating more than one account, or running accounts on behalf of other people;
  • using a VPN, proxy or similar tool to appear to be in another country;
  • interfering with the app, its network traffic or our servers;
  • buying points and then asking for refunds to gain places or items;
  • inviting yourself or trading invitations;
  • buying, selling or transferring accounts.

10Review and removal of points

Points are provisional while we and the advertising network check that views were genuine and while Apple can refund purchases. If we find that points were obtained in breach of these rules, the advertising network reports the underlying views as invalid, or Apple refunds a purchase, we may:

  • hide an account from other players’ tables while it is under review (your points are kept during a review);
  • remove the affected points;
  • exclude the account from the tables, or close it in serious or repeated cases.

Every decision comes with a notice in the app, under You → Notices, with the reason and the rule it is based on. Where the decision is ours, you can ask for a review by a person from the notice. You can always write to anapps.team@gmail.com.

10.1Device check

Each account is tied to a device that Apple’s App Attest can verify. An account on a device that cannot be verified is hidden from other players’ tables and cannot watch rewarded videos until the device is verified.

11Nicknames

Every account starts with a league name generated by our server, for example SilverPanda_4821. You can replace it with a nickname of your own, paid for from your balance, never from your rank score.

  • A nickname uses only the letters A–Z and a–z, the digits 0–9 and _. It starts with a letter, _ goes only between letters or digits, and it has 3 to 16 characters. Names ending in _ and digits are kept for league names.
  • Shorter nicknames cost more. The price for each length is shown in the app before you confirm. Underscores do not count towards the length.
  • A nickname must be unique. A name that is taken or too similar to an existing one (for example, differing only in capitals, _ or look-alike characters) cannot be used.
  • Each nickname is checked automatically, against blocklists and by a third-party AI service, before it is published. Points are charged only if the nickname is published. Once published, nicknames may also be reviewed by us.
  • You can change your nickname once every 30 days. Your account must be at least 7 days old (30 days for a nickname of 3 or 4 characters), not under review, and on a verified device.
  • You can go back to your league name at any time, free of charge. Points paid for the previous nickname are not returned.
  • When you stop using a nickname you chose, by changing it or going back to your league name, it stays reserved for you alone for about a month, and during that time you can take it back at its full price.
  • After a change, other players see “Formerly” with your previous name for two weeks.
  • A nickname cannot be given, sold or transferred to anyone else.

11.1Nickname policy

A nickname is refused or removed if it contains or suggests:

  • Hate or extremism: attacks on people for who they are, or support for extremist groups or symbols;
  • Harassment or insults: abuse aimed at a person or group;
  • Sexual content;
  • Violence: threats or glorification of violence;
  • Illegal activity: drugs, weapons, fraud or other crimes;
  • Impersonation: pretending to be another person, a brand, a public figure or body, Apple or us;
  • Advertising or spam: promoting a product, service, website or contact;
  • Steering the check: text addressed to the automated check to influence its decision;
  • Sacred names and terms: religious names or terms used as a nickname.

If several players report a nickname, it may be replaced with your league name until we review it; if we keep it, it comes back. A nickname removed for breaking this policy cannot be used again, and the points spent on it are not returned, unless it was removed through no fault of yours.

12Instagram links

You can add a link to your own Instagram profile to your player panel and public card, paid for from your balance. It is not shown in the tables. Paying once unlocks the link for good; changing the username later costs less, and removing it is free. The prices are shown in the app.

  • You enter only an Instagram username; our server builds the link to instagram.com itself. Link only an account you own.
  • We do not check who owns the Instagram account and receive nothing from Instagram.
  • The same conditions as for a nickname apply: the username is checked automatically before it is published and must follow the nickname policy in section 11.1; your account must be at least 7 days old, not under review and on a verified device; the username can be changed once every 30 days.
  • Links can be reported. A reported link may be hidden until we review it. A link removed for breaking the rules is not returned and the points are not returned; if it is removed through no fault of yours, the points are returned in full.

13Countries

The country on your profile is a label you choose. It starts as the country of your App Store account, you can change it once every 30 days, and it is a profile label, not a passport or a location.

A country’s table lists players who currently show that country, ranked by season points added under that country. The table of countries ranks each country by the season points added under its label, minus reversed points; a country is ranked once enough players have points for it, as shown in the app. The countries table is for information only: no country or player receives a prize or award.

14Following, blocking and reports

  • You can follow other players to see them in your Following table. Following is one-way: players are not told who follows them, and your list is visible only to you.
  • You can block a player from their panel. You will no longer see their nickname, and you stop following them. Their row and place stay in the table, and they are not notified.
  • You can report a player from their panel, for an offensive nickname or link, impersonation, cheating, illegal content or another reason. The reported player is not told who reported them. Reports alone never change anyone’s points or place.
  • You receive a confirmation of your report and our decision in You → Notices, and you can ask for a review of the decision by a person.

15Invitations

You can invite others with your invitation link or code. An invited player enters the code within their first 7 days in the league. Invitations add no points to anyone, neither to rank score nor to balance. The only thing they change is the Invited count on your profile, which every player can see: the number of players who joined the league with your code. A player who deletes their account leaves the count. Invitations between accounts on the same device, mutual invitations and inviting yourself do not count.

16Changes to these rules

Point values, limits, prices in balance and other parameters are set on our server and can change only for the reasons given in the Terms of Use, section 10. An increase in a price in balance is announced in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Changes never reduce the balance you already hold, points you have already received fairly or items you have already bought. Material changes to these rules are announced in the app in advance.
